Melissa O'Brien

Melissa O’Brien serves as commercial lines operations manager for Miller Loughry Beach Insurance Services.

O’Brien began her career in the insurance industry in 1997 as a client relations manager in the escalation department of Asurion, LLC. She worked with Polk & Sullivan as an account manager and joined Miller Loughry Beach in 2004.

O’Brien earned a bachelor’s degree from Tennessee State University. She is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
